HEART CENTERED, AUTHENTIC, INSPIRATIONAL STORY TELLERS SHARING WHAT’S ON THEIR HEART

Soul Session is an evening of connection, learning and community. This intimate event features inspirational women speakers talking about something that is on their heart. Take some time to slow down, learn something new, have a conversation, and build connections in a meaningful way. 

Soul Session Format

  • Hear three stories, 15 to 20 minutes each
  • Connect afterward to enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage and conversation (Zoom attendees will be put into smaller breakout groups)

REGISTRATION:

  • $20 – In Person – includes a $10 gift card for Foster Skincare
  • $10 – Online via Zoom

All proceeds will be donated to a charitable organization chosen on October 13th by attendees.

Katie Branter, ND (inactive), Spiritual guide and Executive Coach is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals, tune into their healing powers and go to the next level in their work in the world.

She is an ambassador of self-love and truly believes that these amazing bodies, mind and spirits we have been given benefit from listening to and supporting the messages they are showing us. 

Katie loves working with empowered women leaders and supports them in achieving success while feeling balanced in mind, body, soul. She works in collaboration with her clients to help them develop a deeper understanding and connection to their goals, desires and aspirations so that they can create deeper connections, achieve their goals and make a much-needed bigger impact in the world.

Sharde is an experienced, award-winning, Labour Relations and Human Resources Professional who believes in strengthening communities by bringing people together.  Sharde has lived experience of being a plus-sized person who identifies as a woman.  She believes in building organizations through positive disruption with employees that complement the culture. She sees her role in supporting that process through effective HR practices that define rules of engagement, and allow staff to bring their whole selves to work.

Sharde’s passion for equity, diversity and inclusion started the first time she realized that she did not fit in.  Instead of changing herself to fit, she committed herself to make a difference in people’s experiences of work.  She has worked extensively in Human Resources consulting and in non-profit management, guiding organizations through building sustainable change.

With 25 years in the beauty industry, and a vision of a world without single-use packaging, empowered Melodie Reynolds created Elate Cosmetics with a simple message: our daily choices create global impact, and choosing ethical products means a more positive result. Leaving a career in corporate beauty, since 2014, she has been creating innovative beauty products that encourage simplicity, self-love and empower everyone to make sustainable choices for their daily rituals. At the end of the day, she believes that the ethics and purpose of a company all distill down to one thing: how did we leave the people and planet? Her personal mission is to change the world, one lipstick at a time.
