When I attended elementary school we thought one of the coolest teachers was Mr. Robbins. Each week we had a new word up on the blackboard – we had to learn the word and create a drawing that went along with it.
GRIT keeps coming up for me today. The pairing of grit with grace is something Ken Wilber writes of, and something to aspire to – being determined with poise.
