I’m Carolyne — and I’m so glad you’re here.
More than anything, I care about people doing the work that lights them up. The kind of work that makes them feel alive, connected, inspired, and deeply themselves.
And when I say “work,” I don’t just mean careers or businesses. I mean the ways we contribute to our families, our communities, and the world around us.
Over the years, my own work has taken many forms. I’ve been a 911 Operator and Police Dispatcher, worked in Human Resources and consulted with organizations across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. I even spent two nights serving pizza at a friend’s restaurant — and gained a lifelong appreciation for servers and generous tipping. Alongside all of that, I’ve also been a mother, daughter, friend, volunteer, board member, and community builder.
One of the biggest turning points in my life came when I shifted from employee to entrepreneur. Not because I had investors or a polished business plan — but because my son was heading into middle school, and I wanted to be there. I wanted to hear about his day at the end of the afternoon, be present for the field trips, the games, the ordinary moments that become the important ones.
Today, I create, produce, and promote experiences that help people connect, grow, and live more meaningful lives.
I work primarily as a conference and event planner, supporting many organizations in the not-for-profit sector. In 2010, recognizing how deeply I relied on the support and connection of women in my own life, I created yoUnlimited — a community that has now grown to more than 2,100 women in. In 2012, I founded the Victoria Yoga Conference, bringing together teachers, exhibitors, volunteers, and hundreds of attendees from across North America and Mexico.
I’m also Grandma to three beautiful grandchildren, mom to one creative and soulful son, and mother-in-law to an inspiring daughter-in-law. I host gatherings for friends and family, and I remain a lifelong learner who attends and speaks at conferences and events throughout North America and Mexico.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that when we listen closely to ourselves, trust our intuition, and create rituals and communities that support how we truly want to feel, we can build lives rooted in gratitude, connection, and purpose.
My newest offerings include:
• Workshops on Living a BLISSful Life and Creating Heart-Centered Communities
• One-on-one jam sessions for event planning, creative ideas, and community building
I never really set out to “create communities.” I simply followed what felt meaningful. I made the phone call when I felt moved to. I gathered people together. I paid attention to what people were longing for. Looking back, I can see that those small acts became something much bigger.
I believe this is part of my purpose — and I hope to inspire others to live and lead from that same place of connection and intention.
I’d love to meet you at an upcoming event, collaborate with you, or simply share some time and conversation.
With love and gratitude,
Carolyne
