- Create and host on my Zoom license (if you don’t have your own Zoom license)
- Manage and support the host/facilitator with pre-event rehearsals, event spotlighting and technical expertise
- Open event, manage and greet onboarding participants,
- Provide platform overview to participants and introductions of hosts and facilitators
- Create, operate, and manage Zoom polls, break out rooms, slide sharing, music and video components
- Manage and support attendee participation including event access, chat features, Q&A, and troubleshooting
- Create collaborative spaces for participants to work within (not sure this is needed, up to you)
- Provide attendance records, event recording, and a post-event debrief

We are acknowledging with you that this work IS rewarding … and especially that it is necessary and healing. There have been so many comments about how it has helped to soothe and lift spirits in the grieving process. It allowed everyone to get some idea of the legacy of Margo’s Life and how many people she touched profoundly. It also is a miracle-tale of being able to gather Margo’s friends and family over a span of 7 decades and of global distance from India to Latin America — meeting in one room!! A powerful teaching about Love!! The new people you work with in new ways will be privileged, indeed!
